Default Time between i-30 and NOA-1/confirmation

I submitted my i-30 (for my wife) to the London Field Office 19 January and still haven't recieved confirmation nor has my credit card been charged. Judging from most people's timelines confrmation is normally a week after it is recieved and it's now been two and a half weeks. How long do you suppose I should wait before worrying that it is lost? I tried phoning but they can't confirm or deny its receipt...

Anyone had a similar experience?

I can't tell you anything for sure, but they were closed over Christmas plus there was all that snow, so it might just be that there's a bit of a backlog so they're taking a tad longer to do everything. They took longer to reply to emails than everyone said they would, but they got there eventually. Did you just send it by normal post?

Just recieved an email today... they started processing it on 5 Feb (Friday) 2.5 weeks... must be a postal backlog but a relief that the process has finally started.
