Default House for sale in Worcestershire area

Sorry we have put this on another thread but can't find it so we figured for anyone moving back to the UK this might be more relevant if they are looking for a house to buy.

The house is in Redditch Worcestershire.

£185,000 ono

Large 5/6 bed roomed house would suit family/someone with a family member who has a disability or a developer or a business opportunity for letting to multiple tenants.

This house has a large 16ft 5 inch bedroom down stairs with built in wardrobe and patio windows leading onto ramped decking and garden and a wet room with WC, that is fully tanked and tiled floor to ceiling and electric shower and pumping system.

Good sized kitchen, with dual gas/electric cooker nice size with storage underneath/ a dish washer/washing machine/tumble dryer/fridge (storage under stairs houses the large freezer at present) Lots of work space/counters, all double sockets.

Large living room 12ft by 12ft with double glazed patio windows leading to the ramped decking and good sized garden.
From the living room the dinning room is 10ft by 7.5 ft
From the living room there is also a study/small downstairs bedroom 8ft by 7.5 ft.

Going up stairs
There are four good sized bedrooms and a large bathroom
Bedroom one is a double 11ft by 9.5ft and has built in wardrobes
Bedroom two good sized single 9ft by 7.5ft has a small built in wardrobe
Bedroom three good sized single 7.5ft by 9.5ft
Bedroom four is a large double 15ft by 12ft with 2 large walk in wardrobes.

The property is exceptionally large and has a very generous sized garden.
It offers off road parking.

Willing to leave appliances and large furniture subject to full asking price and fixtures and fittings.

The house is fully double glazed and has full central heating, The property is terraced, it has off road parking. There is a brick out building and a wooden shed in the garden.

The house is close to local amenities and first school and is within walking distance of middle and high schools. The town center is 5 minutes away by car and there is easy access to public transport. The area is quiet and there are shops that are easy to reach. The M42 is 10 minutes away by car and it is an easy commute to London, Warwick ETC and there is easy access to Warwick Park way train station and Redditch train station.

All measurements for rooms are approx.

We are also looking to sell our wheelchair accessable VW Carevelle it is either 7 seater or 6 seater and 1 person using a wheelchair it has an electric lift that is fitted under the floor it has done 79,000 approx. miles, it is an L reg and we are asking £3000 due to the nature of the vehicle ie the lift which is £7000 to buy or more.
